**Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment. We understand that extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24hrs notice if you cancel your appointment. If 24 hrs notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Most appointments require a credit card on file to reserve the appointment. Please be assured that our online booking software is safe and encrypted.
We understand that occasionally you will need to reschedule your booked appointment. We kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible, at least 24 hours. When a client “no shows” or cancels their appointment at the last minute, our stylists are not able to re-book another appointment which results in lost revenue for the stylist and for the salon. Appointments canceled less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 25% of reserved service. “No shows” will be charged 50% of the reserved service. This can change at any time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment as this can inconvenience the rest of clients booked after you.
At this time, street parking is the only available parking. Most of the parking is 90 minute or 120 minute. There are nearby parking garages as well that charge a fee. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before your appointment to find adequate parking.
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Valente Hair & Co gift cards are also accepted for both services and retail.
We have a 7 day exchange policy for unused product only. No returns are accepted. Receipt is required to process the exchange.
The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have regulations stating that no animals are allowed in the salon at any time. Service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests are the only exception to this rule. Service dogs must be accompanied with their official documents.
We love children however we cannot supervise them during your visit. You are more than welcome to bring your well behaved children as we do have ample seating. Please note that our stylists use a lot of equipment and we are not responsible for unauthorized misuse of the equipment by clients or their children.
